LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF MEXICO
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board for the Town of Mexico will hold a Public Hearing on November 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Mexico Town Hall, 64 S Jefferson Street in the Village of Mexico, New York, to hear all interested persons regarding the following:
The granting of a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Mexico and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the proposed agreement is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office at 64 S Jefferson Street, Mexico, New York during normal business hours, or online at www.mexicony.org.
At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
