TOWN AND VILLAGE OF MEXICO
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING on the
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Mexico and the Village Board of the Village of Mexico will hold a joint public hearing on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Mexico High School, Main St, Mexico, New York, to consider adoption of the Town and Village of Mexico Comprehensive Plan.
The proposed Plan has been prepared pursuant to Law [272-a/ 7-722] and is intended to guide the protection and enhancement of agricultural lands and the agricultural economy within the Town and Village of Mexico. The proposed Plan will be available as of June 8th, 2026 for public inspection at the Town Clerk's office, 64 South Jefferson Street, Mexico, or the Village Clerk's office at 3236 Main Street.
The Plan can be viewed online at the Town and Village website at www.townofmexicony.gov. All persons interested in the matter will be heard at such time and place.
